As-built Drawings

Quality Control
We are using the data collected from the Lidar scan to verify the
layout of walls, doors, windows, and MEP elements. Additionally, we are using
this data to assess the structures' Plumb/Level/Square.
Documentation
Our Lidar scans document the conditions of spaces before the
next construction phase. For example, we would scan the MEP and condition of
framing before sheetrock and close-up of spaces.
Cut/Fill Maps
With the data from a lidar scan, we can capture a TOPO surface
and produce Cut/Fill maps for both large and small areas

We capture the final product by employing professional photography,
showcasing the building’s architectural and construction excellence in stunning
detail.
Video
We produce professional-grade videos documenting the project’s journey,
from groundbreaking to completion. These videos serve as valuable training
resources and can be delivered as online content or on a thumb drive for easy
sharing and reference.
Matterport Scans
We utilize Matterport technology to create detailed 3D scans of
project sites. These scans offer an immersive experience of as-built conditions
and the final product, hosted online for easy access and exploration.
