Lidar Scanning

Lidar scanning revolutionizes historical preservation by creating precise 3D models of heritage sites, enabling detailed analysis and documentation without physical intrusion. This technology aids in assessing structural integrity and planning restoration projects with high accuracy. It ensures the safeguarding of architectural details for future generations, blending the preservation of the past with cutting-edge technology.

BIM/VDC Services

We use fabrication-level models to coordinate building elements such as steel and concrete or wood framing and MEP elements. This is done by using the contract drawings and information to produce a fully coordinated model. This process works out issues typically found in the project’s building phase. This is required because contract drawings are not typically at a fabrication level and are schematic in nature.

Material and Quantity Takeoff

Our material takeoff services are designed to support projects of all sizes, providing accurate and detailed quantity estimations to ensure efficient project planning and execution. Leveraging advanced technology and methodologies

Fabrication Drawings

Our process produces a fabrication-level model that can be used for fully coordinated layout drawings. o Rebar: With a fabrication-level model, we are able to accurately produce Rebar shop drawings. Our shop drawings are complete with plan, section, and ISO views that help the team quickly determine the rebar requirements. Additionally, our shop drawings are complete with cut/bend schedules for both onsite and offsite fabrication.

Project Documentation Services

Our comprehensive project documentation services capture the essence and achievements of your projects, offering a visual and interactive record for stakeholders, promotional use, and archival purposes.

We utilize Matterport technology to create detailed 3D scans of project sites. These scans offer an immersive experience of as-built conditions and the final product, hosted online for easy access and exploration.
